煤层群赋存条件下特厚煤层分层综放面瓦斯涌出量预测

Prediction of gas emission from fully-mechanized caving face in extra-thick coal seam under the occurrence of coal seam group

摘要 为掌握阜康矿区煤层群赋存条件下特厚煤层分层综放工作面瓦斯涌出量,采用分源预测法预测工作面下分层煤体、邻近层、放顶煤、割煤、采空区遗留煤瓦斯涌出量及其占比,为瓦斯治理工作提供了依据。研究结果表明,东翼+676~+730 m中大槽顶分层工作面回采期间,瓦斯涌出量占比从大到小依次为工作面下分层煤体45.63%、邻近层26.63%、放顶煤14.34%、割煤8.44%、采空区遗留煤4.96%,工作面最大绝对瓦斯涌出量为38.08 m^(3)/min。采取针对性治理措施后,各瓦斯涌出源涌入工作面的瓦斯量明显减小,风排瓦斯量4.18 m^(3)/min,工作面回风流风速为1.59 m/s,能够满足工作面正常生产需要。 In order to grasp the gas emission rate of fully-mechanized top coal caving working face in thick coal seam group under the occurrence conditions of Fukang Mining Area,the source separation prediction method was used to predict the gas emission and proportion of layered coal body,adjacent layers,top coal caving,coal cutting,and residual coal in goaf under the working face,providing a basis for gas control work.The research results show that during the mining period of layered working face at the top of large trench in the east wing+676~+730 m,the proportion of gas emission from the lower layer of working face is 45.63%,the adjacent layer is 26.63%,the top coal caving is 14.34%,the coal cutting is 8.44%,and the remaining coal in the goaf is 4.96%.The maximum absolute gas emission from the working face is 38.08 m^(3)/min.After taking targeted control measures,the amount of gas flowing into the working face from various gas emission sources was significantly reduced,with an exhaust gas volume of 4.18 m^(3)/min and a return airflow speed of 1.59 m/s,which can meet the normal production needs of working face.
