摘要
考勤管理作为人力资源管理的基础环节,直接影响生产秩序、资源配置、薪酬公平及安全责任追溯。国铁企业因规模庞大、点多线长、班制多样,且实行半军事化管理,对考勤管理的精准性和高效性要求较高,但传统考勤方式存在数据滞后、误差率高、人情干扰等问题。通过深度融合现代信息技术,创新设计并实践基于人脸识别的智能化考勤管理系统,整合移动端GPS/北斗定位、实时数据分析引擎等技术,实现考勤流程全链条信息化、数据采集精准化与管理决策动态化。该系统在成都局集团公司推广后,显著提升考勤数据处理效率,大幅降低人工成本,有效遏制“代打卡、虚假考勤”等痛点,为国铁企业人力资源管理数字化转型提供实现路径,对大型传统劳动密集型企业具有推广价值。
Attendance management is the fundamental part of human resources management,as the basis of operation order,resource allocation,salary fairness and safety responsibility traceability.Because of its large size,different workplaces on different lines,diverse shift systems and half militarized management,national railway enterprises have high demand for the accuracy and efficiency of attendance management.However,traditional attendance methods have shortcomings such as data lag,high error rate and human interference.Through deep integration of modern information technology,innovative design and practice of intelligent attendance management system based on face recognition,integration of mobile GPS/Beidou positioning,real-time data analysis engine and other technologies,the whole chain IT-based attendance process,accurate data collection and dynamic management decision-making are realized.After being applied in Chengdu Group,the system has improved the efficiency of attendance data processing,greatly reduced labor costs,effectively solved the pain points such as"false clock-in and attendance",provided a realization path for the digital transformation of human resources management in national railway enterprises,and had promotion value for large traditional labor-intensive enterprises.
