摘要
目的:探讨穴位按摩+中药贴敷配合中医情志护理在腰椎间盘突出术后恐动症患者中的应用效果。方法:选取腰椎间盘突出术后恐动症患者106例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各53例。对照组使用常规治疗和护理方法,研究组在对照组的基础上采用穴位按摩+中药贴敷并辅以中医情志护理,比较两组患者干预前后疼痛、恐动症评分(TSK)、焦虑评分(SAS)、下腰痛功能评定(JOA)、知识、态度、行为(KAP)评分及满意度等差异。结果:干预后,研究组疼痛评分、TSK评分、SAS评分均低于对照组,JOA、KAP评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在满意度方面,研究组中技术流程、安全性能、疗效性能及总体评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位按摩+中药贴敷配合中医情志护理能有效降低患者疼痛、焦虑及恐动症水平,提高患者知-行-信认知水平,增强腰椎功能,提高疗效及满意度。
Objective:To study the effect of acupoint massage and Chinese herbal patch application combined with TCM emotional nursing in patients with postoperative kinesiophobia of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 106 patients with postoperative kinesiophobia of lumbar disc herniation were selected and divided into control group(n=53)and study group(n=53)using the random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment and nursing,while the study group received acupoint massage and Chinese herbal patch application combined with TCM emotional nursing as supplementary interventions.Differences between the two groups were compared in terms of pain,kinesiophobia(Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia,TSK),anxiety(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS),lumbar function(Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores,JOA),knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)scores and satisfaction before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the pain,TSK score,and SAS score in the study group were all lower than those in the control group,while the JOA and KAP scores were both higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Regarding satisfaction assessments,the study group also demonstrated significantly higher satisfaction scores than the control group in technical procedures,safety performance,therapeutic efficacy,and overall satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint massage and Chinese herbal patch application combined with TCM emotional nursing can effectively reduce patients'pain,kinesiophobia levels and anxiety,improve their knowledge-attitude-practice,enhance lumbar function,and improve therapeutic efficacy and satisfaction.
