摘要
目的探讨循证式督导法护理方案在老年糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年9月—2024年9月山东大学济阳区人民医院收治的80例老年DN患者,根据不同护理方法分为常规组、观察组,各40例。常规组实施常规护理方案,观察组实施循证式督导法护理方案。对比两组血糖水平、护理依从性、护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于常规组,护理依从性高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证式督导法护理方案在老年DN患者的护理中,能够更有效地控制血糖水平,提高患者的护理依从性和满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based supervision nursing program in the nursing of elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with DN admitted to Jinan Jiyang District People's Hospital from September 2022 to September 2024 were selected and divided into routine group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 40 cases in each group.The routine group implemented the routine nursing program,and the observation group implemented the evidence-based supervision nursing program.The blood glucose level,nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group,and the nursing compliance were higher than those in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The evidence-based supervision nursing program in the nursing of elderly patients with DN can more effectively control the blood glucose level and improve the nursing compliance and satisfaction of patients.
