摘要
为提高柴油发动机的燃油效率,提出了一种新型配油转阀结构,基于YC4EG170-50型共轨柴油发动机的工作参数开展转阀结构设计,通过理论计算得到阀口尺寸,并建立转阀流域的物理模型,利用该模型在Fluent软件中分别对阀芯转角为0°、5°、10°、15°、45°时流域内的速度、压力分布情况和阀口流量进行仿真,结果表明,转阀出油口油液流速稳定在20 m/s左右,出油口的油液压力稳定在0.2 MPa左右,不同阀芯转角下出口流量约为0.474 5 kg/s,满足YC4EG170-50型共轨柴油发动机的工作要求。
In order to improve the fuel performance of diesel engine,this paper proposes a new type oil distribution rotary valve structure,which is designed based on the working parameters of YC4EG170-50 common rail diesel engine.The size of the valve port is obtained by theoretical calculation,and the physical model of the rotary valve basin is developed.The distribution of velocity and pressure in the basin and the flow rate of the valve port are simulated at valve core angles of 0°,5°,10°,15°and 45°in Fluent software.The results show that the oil flow rate of the rotary valve outlet is stable at about 20 m/s,and the oil pressure of the outlet is stable at about 0.2 MPa,the outlet flow rate is about 0.4745 kg/s at different valve core angles,which meets the working requirements of YC4EG170-50 common rail diesel engine.
