摘要
培育壮大重点产业链、构建现代化产业体系是河南省坚持制造业立省、建设制造业强省、构筑河南制造核心竞争优势的重要路径。在现有产业基础和相应政策的支持下,重点产业链建设卓有成效,但是在产业链培育壮大过程中还存在服务化进程较慢、自主创新能力弱、产业链协同发展不充分、绿色发展压力大等问题,影响了重点产业链的高质量发展。而生产性服务业作为国民经济的重要组成部分,在补链、延链、升链、建链过程中发挥了积极作用,可以有效缓解重点产业链培育壮大过程中面临的各种问题,赋能重点产业链高质量发展。
The cultivation and expansion of key industrial chains and the construction of a modern industrial system constitute an essential approach for Henan Province to uphold manufacturing as the foundation,build a strong manufacturing province,and establish the core competitive advantage of“Manufacturing in Henan”.With the support of the existing industrial foundation and corresponding policies,significant progress has been made in the construction of key industrial chains.However,during the process of cultivating and expanding industrial chains,challenges such as slow service process,weak independent innovation capabilities,insufficient collaborative development of the industrial chain,and significant pressure on green development still exist.These issues hinder the high-quality development of key industrial chains.As an essential component of the economy,the productive service industry has played a positive role in complementing,extending,upgrading and establishing industrial chains.It can effectively alleviate the various challenges faced in the cultivation and expansion of key industrial chains,empowering their high-quality development.
