氢安全监测与AI智能监测平台构建

摘要 氢气作为高易燃易爆气体,氢能领域的制氢、储运和消费全产业链不同场景下的安全监测至关重要。氢气传感器是主要的监测手段,由于气敏传感器原理差异造成氢气传感器的多样性、性能差异和参数离散性,引起氢气监测存在诸多不确定因素而影响准确性和可靠性,难以满足有关标准规范要求。本文提出基于物联网技术和人工智能(AI)技术应用,通过传感器、通信、算法控制和软件平台集成为一个智能化监测系统,实现氢气传感器在线监测的自检、自校验和互诊断功能,构建一个多限阈、多物理量的智能监测平台,使氢气监测的可靠性、准确性上升到一个新台阶。 Hydrogen as a kind of highly flammable and explosive gas,the safety in different scenarios of hydrogen production,storage,transportation and consumption applications is very important and the main safe deployment is use the hydrogen sensors.Because of the different principles,the hydrogen sensors are diversity and shows different performances with obvious discreteness.These affect the accuracy and reliability of hydrogen monitoring and it is hard to meet the requirements of relevant standards.Based on the application of Internet of things technology and AI technology,the hydrogen safety monitoring was provided to develop a system through the integration of sensor components,Algorithm control,communication and software platform,as an intelligent system,which could achieve the functions of self-test,self-verification and mutual diagnosis of the online monitoring sensors.The monitoring platform with multi-limit thresholds and multi-physical parameters achieved will raises the reliability and accuracy of hydrogen monitoring to a new level.
