摘要
目的调查山东大学章丘区地区社区居民艾滋病(acquired immune deficiency syndrome,AIDS)防治知识水平,分析其影响因素。方法于2025年1—3月选取山东大学章丘区社区居民100名,调查社区居民对AIDS防治知识的知晓情况,并进行单因素与多因素Logistic回归分析其影响因素。结果100名社区居民AIDS知识知晓率为84.00%(84/100);依知晓程度不同分为不知晓组和知晓组,两组年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度与是否接受过AIDS健康宣教比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄>60岁、未婚、初中及以下、未接受过AIDS健康教育是社区居民AIDS知识知晓率的独立危险因素(P均<0.05)。结论山东大学章丘区社区居民的AIDS防治知识知晓率与年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、是否接受过AIDS健康教育等有关,需进行针对性干预。
Objective To explore the level of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome(AIDS)prevention and control knowledge among community residents in Zhangqiu District of Jinan City and its influencing factors.Methods A total 100 community residents from January to March 2025 in Zhangqiu District of Jinan City were selected,investigated the awareness of community residents on AIDS prevention and control knowledge,conducted univariate analysis and multivariated Logistic regression analysis to its influencing factors.Results The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among 100 community residents was 84.00%(84/100).They were divided into the unknown group and the known group according to the degree of awareness.A comparison was made between the two groups in terms of age,marital status,educational level,and whether they had received AIDS health education,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed age>60 years old,unmarried,junior high school and below,and not receiving AIDS health education were the independent risk factors of AIDS knowledge among community residents(all P<0.05).Conclusion The awareness of AIDS prevention and control among commu⁃nity residents in Zhangqiu District of Jinan City is related to age,marital status,educational level,and whether they have received AIDS health education.Targeted intervention is needed.
