铜矿露天采场低品位矿石高效回收技术应用研究

摘要 为解决低品位矿石回收难题,研究铜矿露天采场低品位矿石高效回收技术的应用。首先,分析铜矿露天采场低品位矿石的特征,包括类型、地质特征与品位分布规律。其次,探讨高效回收技术的应用难点,如矿石性质复杂多变、堆浸工艺效率低、细粒级矿石回收困难、废渣废水处理压力大等。最后,提出高效回收技术的应用策略,包括多工艺联合选矿、强化堆浸技术集成、采用细粒级强化回收技术、采用无害化处理工艺等。 To address the challenges in low grade ore recovery,this study investigates the application of high efficiency recovery technologies for low grade copper ores in open pit copper mines.Firstly,the characteristics of low grade copper ores in open pit copper mining areas are analyzed,including ore types,geological features,and grade distribution patterns.Secondly,key application challenges of efficient recovery technologies are examined,such as the complex and variable properties of ores,low efficiency of heap leaching processes,difficulties in recovering fine-grained ores,and high pressure in waste residue and wastewater treatment.Finally,strategic solutions for technology implementation are proposed,including multi process combined beneficiation,enhanced heap leaching technology integration,adoption of fine-grained enhanced recycling technology,and adoption of harmless treatment processes.
