摘要
为了提升地铁基坑工程安全管理水平,实现施工人员危险区域入侵行为的实时检测和预警,本文提出一种基于数字孪生的入侵行为智能监控方法。首先,使用OurBIM图形引擎构建施工现场虚拟场景;其次,利用超宽带(UWB)实现人员和设备实时定位;再次,标定两类入侵区域;然后,提出入侵行为实时预警机制;最后,设计数字孪生系统,包括三维可视化、入侵区域设置、预警数据记录等功能,并将系统应用于成都轨道交通30号线一期的某换乘站项目。应用结果表明,该系统能够监控地铁基坑工程两类区域的人员入侵行为,综合预警成功率为96.8%,提升了施工现场的安全管理水平。该系统在工程安全智能化管理上提供理论参考和实践路径,并为其余工程的安全管理提供借鉴。
In order to improve the safety management level of subway foundation pit construction and achieve real-time detection and early warning of personnel intrusion behavior in dangerous area,this paper proposes a digital twin-based personnel intrusion behavior intelligent monitoring method.Firstly,the OurBIM graphics engine is used to construct the virtual scene at the construction site.Secondly,ultra wide band(UWB)is used to realize real-time location of personnel and equipment.Thirdly,two types of intrusion areas are calibrated.Fourthly,the real-time early-warning mechanism of intrusion behavior is proposed.Finally,the digital twin system is designed,including 3D visualization,intrusion area setting and early warning data recording and other functions.The system is applied to a transfer station project of Chengdu Rail Transit Line 30 phase I.The application results show that the system can monitor the personnel intrusion behavior in two types of areas of subway foundation pit construction,and the comprehensive warning success rate is 96.8%,improving the safety management level of the construction site.The system provides theoretical reference and practical path in the intelligent construction safety management and offers insights for safety management in other projects.
