摘要
渤海某油田上下钻遇1360和1491两个砂体,平面上两砂体几乎重合,垂向上两砂体相距约120 m,油藏要求设计1口井分层开采两个储层。针对油田储层开发存在钻完井技术难点,通过优化轨迹设计、井身结构、高曲率配套钻具组合和双电潜泵在小尺寸套管应用等分析,提出了中曲率半径钻井设计技术和双电潜泵设计方案,有效的解决了油田储层的开发难题,缩短了钻完井工期,节省了费用,减少修井作业动用钻井船的次数,为渤海湾后续中短半径井的实施提供参考。
An oilfield in the Bohai Sea encounters two vertically stacked sand bodies(1360 and 1491)and the two sand bodies almost coincide on the plane but are vertically separated by a distance of approximately 120 meters.A single well needs to be designed to produce from both reservoirs separately.For drilling and completion technical difficulties in oilfield reservoir development,through the optimization of trajectory design,well casing structure,high curvature supporting drilling tool assembly and double electric submersible pump in small casing application,the design drilling plan of medium curvature radius and double electric submersible pump are proposed,which effectively solves the development problems of oilfield reservoirs,shortens the drilling and completion period,saves costs,reduces the number of jackup used in workover operations,and provides a reference for the follow-up short and medium radius wells in Bohai Bay.
