本文聚焦于EVO切丝机金刚石接触异常故障,详细阐述发生金刚石接触异常时的故障现象、分析过程、维修措施以及从中获得的相关诊断维修经验。通过对金刚石接触异常故障现象的深入剖析,展示了采用排除法由易到难排查设备故障的有效思路,同时强调了设备维护及安装过程中关于带屏蔽层类型的电缆安装时应注意的要点,为相关设备维修工作提供参考。
This paper focuses on the abnormal diamond contact fault of the EVO cutter,elaborating on the fault phenomena,analysis process,maintenance measures,and the relevant diagnostic and maintenance experience obtained when the diamond contact is abnormal.Through an in-depth analysis of the abnormal diamond contact fault phenomena,it demonstrates the effective approach of using the elimination method to troubleshoot equipment faults from easy to difficult.At the same time,it emphasizes the key points to be noted during equipment maintenance and installation when installing cables with shielding layers,providing a reference for related equipment maintenance work.
