摘要
目的探讨数字化服务在预防接种管理中的应用效果,为优化预防接种管理策略提供依据。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月于莱芜区所辖12个社区门诊工作的80名预防接种工作人员为传统组,实施传统管理模式。2023年1月—2024年12月将同一批工作人员纳入研究组,实施基于数字化服务的管理模式。对比两组工作质量、工作效率及工作满意度。结果研究组工作质量评分、工作效率评分高于传统组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组工作满意度为97.50%(78/80)高于传统组的88.75%(71/80),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.783,P<0.05)。结论基于数字化服务的预防接种管理模式可显著提升工作质量、效率及工作人员满意度,为公共卫生服务数字化转型提供实践参考。
Objective To explore the application effectiveness of digital services in vaccination management and pro-vide evidence for optimizing vaccination management strategies.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,eighty vaccination staff members working in twelve community clinics under the jurisdiction of Laiwu District were selected as the traditional group and subjected to traditional management practices.From January 2023 to December 2024,the same group of staff members were included in the study group and implemented a management model based on digital services.The work quality,work efficiency,and work satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The study group scored higher than the traditional group in work quality and work efficiency,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The job satisfaction rate of the study group was 97.50%(78/80),which was higher than that of the traditional group at 88.75%(71/80),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.783,P<0.05).Conclusion The digital service-based vaccination management model significantly improves work quality,efficiency,and staff satisfaction,providing practical reference for the digital transformation of public health services.
