摘要
目的分析基于疾病诊断相关分组(diagnosis related groups,DRGs)的精细化管理模式对骨科病案管理质量的影响。方法选取2022年4月—2024年4月于中山市中医院病案室工作的7名病案管理人员作为研究对象,2022年4月—2023年4月设为常规组,行常规管理;2023年5月—2024年4月将同一批病案管理人员纳入研究组,实施基于DRGs的精细化管理。比较两组病案管理质量、考核成绩、职业素养评分、不良事件发生情况。结果研究组病案管理质量总分为(88.14±5.40)分,高于常规组的(67.29±3.50)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.578,P<0.001)。研究组病案管理人员各项考核成绩与职业素养评分均高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组不良事件发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科病案管理中实施基于DRGs的精细化管理模式能提高病案管理的质量和病案管理人员的考核成绩,提升职业素养,降低不良事件发生风险。
Objective To analyze the impact of the refined management model based on diagnosis related groups(DRGs)on the quality of orthopedic medical record management.Methods Seven medical record management person-nel working in the Medical Record Room of Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects.The period from April 2022 to April 2023 was set as the conventional group,with conventional management implemented;the same batch of medical record management personnel were included in the research group from May 2023 to April 2024,with the DRGs-based refined management imple-mented.The quality of medical record management,assessment results,professional literacy scores,and occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The total score of medical record management quality in the research group was 88.14±5.40,which was higher than 67.29±3.50 in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.578,P<0.001).The various assessment results and professional literacy scores of medical record management personnel in the research group were all higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).The rate of adverse events in the research group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the DRGs-based refined management model in orthopedic medical record management can improve the quality of medical record management,the assessment results of medical record management personnel,enhance their professional literacy,and reduce the risk of adverse events.
