摘要
由2,5-二(羧甲氧基)对苯二甲酸(H4BCTA)、1,10-菲咯啉(Phen)和2,2′-联吡啶(Bipy)合成了5个新颖的配合物[Co_(2)(BCTA)(H_(2)O)_(4)]_(n)(1)、[Co_(2)(BCTA)(Phen)_(2)(H_(2)O)_(2)](2)、[Co_(2)(BCTA)(Bipy)_(2)(H_(2)O)_(2)](3)、[Cu_(2)(BCTA)(Bipy)_(2)(H_(2)O)_(2)]_(n)(4)和[Cd_(2)(BCTA)(Bipy)_(2)(H_(2)O)_(2)]_(n)(5)。通过红外光谱、元素分析、热重分析和单晶X射线衍射表征了所有配合物的结构。配合物2和3是零维结构,配合物5是一维带状结构,配合物1和4是二维网状结构。对配合物1~5进行了Hirshfeld表面分析,并详细研究了配合物的抗真菌活性。配合物5对7种病原真菌具有很强的抗真菌活性,抑制率均高达100%。
Five novel complexes[Co_(2)(BCTA)(H_(2)O)_(4)]_(n)(1),[Co_(2)(BCTA)(Phen)_(2)(H_(2)O)_(2)](2),[Co_(2)(BCTA)(Bipy)_(2)(H_(2)O)_(2)](3),[Cu_(2)(BCTA)(Bipy)_(2)(H_(2)O)_(2)]_(n)(4),and[Cd_(2)(BCTA)(Bipy)_(2)(H_(2)O)_(2)]_(n)(5)(H4BCTA=2,5-bis(carboxymethoxy)terephthalic acid,Phen=1,10-phenanthroline,Bipy=2,2'-bipyridine)were synthesized by solvothermal condition.All complexes were structurally characterized by infrared spectroscopy,elemental analysis,thermogravimetric analysis,and singlecrystal X-ray diffraction.Complexes 2 and 3 have zero-dimensional structures,complex 5 has a 1D banded structure,and complexes 1 and 4 have 2D network structures.Hirshfeld surface analysis of complexes 1-5 was performed,and antifungal activities of the complexes were investigated.Complex 5 exhibited super-strong antifungal activity against seven pathogenic fungi,with all inhibitory rates reaching 100%.CCDC:2364274,1;2364277,2;2364276,3;2364278,4;2413871,5.
