摘要
探讨体外受精-胚胎移植助孕女性负性情绪的形成原因,中医叙事医学实践调节其负向情绪方式及作用。通过分析发现,体外受精-胚胎移植治疗过程中患者的焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪受生理创伤体验、自我认同危机、社会角色冲突等多维因素影响。基于中医叙事医学理念,提出中医叙事医学实践在诊疗全过程中的干预策略,充分发挥其在优化医疗决策、重构患者认知、改善医患关系等方面的作用,缓解助孕女性的负性情绪水平、提高治疗依从性,为辅助生殖技术领域的心身同治模式提供借鉴。
This paper discusses the causes of negative emotions in women undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET),and expounds the way and role of TCM narrative medicine practice in regulating their negative emotions.Through the analysis,it was found that the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression of patients during IVF-ET treatment were affected by multiple factors such as physiological trauma,self-identity crisis,social role conflict and so on.Based on the principles of narrative medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,this study proposes intervention strategies for the practice of narrative medicine of traditional Chinese medicine throughout the entire diagnosis and treatment process,optimizing medical decision-making,reconstructing patient cognition,improving doctor-patient relationship,thereby alleviating negative emotional states and enhancing treatment adherence.This research provides reference for the psychosomatic treatment model in the field of assisted reproductive technology.
