摘要
针对科尔沁沙地生态治理中无人机技术技能人才严重短缺问题,创新构建“职校—企业—沙场”三元协同的人才培养新模式。通过共建区域性无人机治沙产教融合实训基地、开发基于真实治理场景的定制化课程体系、实施“基础能力—专项技能—综合实战”三阶递进式培养路径,实现人才培养规格与沙区治理岗位需求精准对接、教学过程与生产任务有机融合。为沙化区域生态屏障建设提供了坚实的人才保障和智力支持,为高职院校服务区域重大战略需求、深化产教融合提供了示范路径。
In view of the serious shortage of UAV technical talents in the ecological governance of Horqin Sandy Land,a new talent cultivation mode of“vocational college-enterprise-sand yard”tripartite collaboration was constructed.By jointly building a regional industry-education integration training base for UAV sandy land governance,developing a customized curriculum system based on real governance scenarios,and implementing a three-stage progressive training path of“basic abilities-special skills-sand yard practical training”,we aim to achieve precise alignment between talent training standards and the requirements of sand area governance posts,and organically integrate the teaching process with production tasks.This will provided solid talent guarantee and intellectual support for the construction of ecological barriers in desertification areas,and provide a demonstration path for higher vocational colleges to serve major strategic needs of the region and deepen the integration of industry and education.
