摘要
政务云平台作为我国数字政府领域重要的行政基础设施,开展网络安全等级保护工作是保证政务云平台及各级政务部门业务应用安全的基础性工作之一。随着数字政府的快速发展,政务云租户数量越来越多、规模越来越大。文章针对政务云平台大规模云租户现状、技术特点和安全防护要求,探索政务云平台大规模云租户等级保护测评方法,明确测评实施重点,规范各方职责边界,高质量高效率地完成测评工作,保证云租户的测评覆盖率。同时结合测评实践及测评经验,构建大规模云租户等级测评模型,分析关键测评参数对测评效率的影响程度,并量化评估不同情境下节省的工作量,旨在为大规模云租户等级测评提供理论参考与实践依据。
As an important administrative infrastructure in China’s digital government field,the government cloud platform requires cybersecurity classified protection work as one of the fundamental measures to ensure the security of the government cloud platform and the business applications of government administrative departments at all levels.With the rapid development of digital government,the number of government cloud tenants is increasing and their scales are expanding.In view of the current situation,technical characteristics and security protection requirements of large-scale cloud tenants of government cloud platform,this paper explores the classified protection evaluation methods of large-scale cloud tenants in government cloud platform,clarifies the implementation focus of evaluation,standardizes the responsibility boundaries of all parties,completes the evaluation work with high quality and efficiency,and ensures the evaluation coverage of cloud tenants.At the same time,combined with the evaluation practice and experience,this paper constructs a classified protection evaluation model for large-scale cloud tenants,analyzes the influence of key evaluation parameters on the evaluation efficiency,and quantitatively evaluates the workload saved in different situations,in order to provide theoretical reference and practical basis for the classified protection evaluation of large-scale cloud tenants.
