摘要
马苏大麻哈鱼(Oncorhynchus masou)是一种分布于我国图们江、绥芬河水系的冷水性溯河洄游鱼类。该鱼种肉质细腻、风味独特且经济价值高,已成为鲑鳟养殖产业中的新兴品种。目前,相关研究主要集中在马苏大麻哈鱼基础营养评价与粗放养殖技术,在驯化机制、系统化营养需求参数及专属配合饲料研发方面尚未取得突破。文章通过系统梳理国内外相关研究文献,阐述了马苏大麻哈鱼的繁育与养殖技术现状、核心营养素需求及环境因子影响等方面的研究进展,并基于当前规模化养殖的瓶颈,提出了未来研究发展方向,为我国马苏大麻哈鱼人工养殖产业化发展提供参考。
Oncorhynchus masou is a cold-water anadromous fish distributed in the Tumen River and Suifen River systems in China.This fish species has delicate meat,unique flavor,and high economic value,and has become an emerging species in salmonid aquaculture.Currently,relevant research has focused on basic nutritional evaluation and extensive cultivation techniques of Oncorhynchus masou,while no breakthroughs have been made in terms of domestication mechanisms,systematic nutritional requirement parameters,and the development of exclusive compound feeds.The article systematically reviews relevant research literature at home and abroad,and elaborates on the current status of breeding and aquaculture technology,core nutrient requirements,and environmental factors affecting the production of Oncorhynchus masou.Based on the current bottleneck of large-scale aquaculture,this article proposes future research and development directions,providing reference for the industrial development of artificial aquaculture of Oncorhynchus masou in China.
