学科交叉视角下统计类专业创新实践能力的人才培养模式构建

Constructing a Talent Cultivation Model for Innovative and Practical Competencies in Statistics-Related Majors from the Interdisciplinary Perspective

摘要 在数字经济时代背景下,培养具有创新实践能力的复合型统计人才已成为高等教育改革的战略要务。研究结合湖南财政经济学院298名经济统计类专业学生的问卷调查结果,揭示统计类专业创新实践能力培养的现实困境和难题,基于此,构建“一核双维·三体四评”的人才培养模式:以“创新实践能力提升”为育人核心,通过课程体系的交叉重构设计“认知发展—行为养成”的双维驱动机制;依托跨学科科技创新平台、虚拟仿真实验平台与校企联合实训基地等三类支撑载体实现协同实践育人,同时推行课程动态适配评价、教学效能双螺旋评价、创新成果产出评价、多元主体反馈评价的四维动态评价体系,形成“目标牵引—过程调控—成果反哺”的人才培养闭环。该模式旨在为统计类专业教学改革提供系统化解决方案,为高校培养兼具创新能力与实践技能的复合型统计人才提供理论依据与实践范式。 In the context of the digital economy era,cultivating interdisciplinary statistics professionals with innovative and practical competencies has become a strategic imperative for higher education reform.Based on questionnaire results from 298 students of economics-related and statistics-related majors in Hunan University of Finance and Economics,this study identifies practical challenges in cultivating innovative and practical competencies of statistics-related majors.To address these issues,this study constructs the“One Core,Dual Dimensions,Three Platforms,Four Evaluations”(1C2D3P4E)talent cultivation model.Centered on“enhancing innovative and practical competencies”,the model restructures interdisciplinary course systems and designs a dual-driven mechanism integrating“cognitive development”and“behavioral cultivation”.It relies on three supporting platforms:interdisciplinary scientific and technological innovation platforms,virtual simulation platforms,and universityenterprise collaborative training bases,enabling coordinated practical education.Simultaneously,a four-dimensional dynamic evaluation system is implemented,encompassing dynamic curriculum adaptability evaluation,dual-spiral teaching efficacy evaluation,innovation output evaluation,and multi-stakeholder feedback evaluation.This forms a closed-loop talent cultivation framework of“goal orientation,process regulation,and achievement reinforcement”.The model aims to provide systematic solutions for the teaching reform of statistics-related majors and offers theoretical references and practical paradigms for cultivating interdisciplinary statistics professionals with both innovative ability and practical skills.
