摘要
聚焦创业教学情境,探讨数字化创业教学平台的应用对学习者学习内驱力的影响机制,采用实验法对理论模型进行验证。研究结果显示,具备趣味性、实践性、交互性、反馈性和挑战性等特征的平台有助于提升学习者的学习内驱力,变量之间的关系路径是平台特征影响学习者对平台的感知有用性和感知易用性,学习者对平台的感知有用性和感知易用性正向影响其自我效能感,自我效能感正向影响学习内驱力。研究验证了“技术接受—心理赋能—行为投入”的传导效应。研究结论为平台开发者开发平台及教师选用平台提供了实践的理论锚点。
This study focuses on the entrepreneurial teaching situation,explores the impact mechanism of the application of digital entrepreneurial teaching platform on learners’learning motivation,and verifies the theoretical model by experimental method.The results show that a platform which is interesting,practical,interactive,with feedback and challenging can help improve learners’learning motivation.The relationship path between variables is that platform characteristics affect learners’perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of the platform.Learners’perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of the platform positively affect their self-efficacy,and self-efficacy positively affects learning motivation.The research verified the conduction effect of“technology acceptance→psychological empowerment→behavior investment”.The research conclusion provides a practical theoretical anchor for platform developers to develop platforms and teachers to choose platforms.
