摘要
目的观察间歇俯卧位通气联合布地奈德治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)的效果。方法选取2019年6月至2023年6月贵港市人民医院收治的100例NRDS患儿为研究对象,按照抽签法分为对照组[采用常规无创持续气道正压通气(NCPAP)治疗]与试验组(在对照组基础上采用间歇俯卧位通气+布地奈德雾化吸入治疗),每组50例。比较两组疗效、血气及氧合指标、临床指标及并发症。结果试验组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组血氧饱和度、动脉血氧分压高于对照组,动脉血二氧化碳分压低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组总用氧时间、住院时间短于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在NCPAP基础上采用间歇俯卧位通气联合布地奈德可改善NRDS患儿的血气及氧合指标,缩短恢复时间,提高疗效,减少并发症。
Objective To observe the effect of intermittent prone ventilation combined with Budesonide in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS).Methods A total of 100 children with NRDS in Guigang City People’s Hospital from June 2019 to June 2023 were selected as subjects and divided into control group(treated with conventional nasal continuous positive airway pressure[NCPAP])and experimental group(treated with intermittent prone ventilation+Budesonide atomization on the basis of control group)according to lottery method,with 50 cases in each group.The treatment efficacy,blood gas and oxygenation indexes,clinical indicators,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood oxygen saturation and arterial partial pressure of oxygen in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total oxygen use time and hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intermittent prone ventilation combined with Budesonide on the basis of NCPAP can improve the blood gas and oxygenation indexes of children with NRDS,shorten the recovery time,enhance the therapeutic effect and reduce complications.
