摘要
在乡村振兴战略实施背景下,探究农产品电商物流与农村经济的协同发展关系,可以为优化农村产业结构、完善农村现代流通体系、推动农村经济高质量发展提供参考。基于2013—2022年中国30个省份的数据,分析农产品电商物流与农村经济协同发展水平及影响因素。研究发现:时间演变方面,中国农产品电商物流-农村经济复合系统的协同发展呈现出显著的上升特征,协同度水平从轻度协同向中度协同稳步跃进,复合系统协同度由0.044增至0.473,系统间的良性互动日益增强;空间演变方面,协同发展呈现“先波动后加速”的非均衡特征,中部与西部地区“双峰并峙”,东部地区紧随其后,东北地区成为短板;驱动因素方面,经济活力、环境约束、数字化基建对协同度的影响最为显著。从外部调控因素看,城乡差距显著抑制了四大经济区的协同水平,政府干预、对外开放、科技创新和环境规制则呈现区域异质性。多方位的全面协调成为缩小发展差距的关键。未来应当加强基建与农村产业数字化转型的深度融合、统筹农业要素优化与农村经济活力提升、构建区域协调发展的长效机制,以推动农产品电商物流与农村经济协同发展。
Against the backdrop of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the paper explores the synergistic development relationship between agricultural product e-commerce logistics and the rural economy,which provides references for optimizing rural industrial structure,improving the modern rural circulation system,and promoting high-quality development of the rural economy.Based on data from 30 provinces from 2013 to 2022,this paper analyzes the synergistic developmentand influencing factors between agricultural product e-commerce logistics and the rural economy.The study finds that in terms of time,the synergistic development of the composite system between agricultural product e-commerce logistics and the rural economy in China shows significant evolutionary characteristics,with the synergy level steadily advancing from mild to moderate synergy.The synergy degree of the composite system increased from 0.044 to 0.473,indicating increasingly strengthened positive interaction between the systems.Spatially,synergistic development exhibits an unbalanced characteristic of“fluctuation followed by acceleration”,with the central and western regions showing a“twin-peak pattern”,closely followed by the eastern region,and the northeastern region becomes a weak point.Regarding the driving factors,economic vitality,environmental constraints,and digital infrastructure have the most significant impacts on synergy degree.From the perspective of external regulatory factors,the urban-rural gap significantly inhibits the synergy level of the four major economic regions,while government intervention,openness to the outside world,technological innovation,and environmental regulation show regional heterogeneity.Comprehensive and multi-dimensional coordination has increasingly become the key to narrowing the development gap.In the future,efforts should be made to deepen the integration between infrastructure construction and the digital transformation of rural industries,coordinate the optimization of agricultural factors with the enhancement of rural economic vitality,and establish a long-term mechanism for regional coordinated development to promote the synergistic development betweenagricultural product e-commerce logistics and the rural economy.
