摘要
配电网不停电作业现场照明质量直接影响作业安全与效率。文章通过分析作业照明要求和照明质量评价指标,系统梳理了当前配电网不停电作业现场照明在设备、管理和人员方面存在的问题,针对性地提出了应用先进照明设计与设备、优化照明系统设计、提高现场管理水平,以及加强人员培训与安全防护等改进措施,以期为配电网不停电作业照明的科学化、标准化建设提供理论依据和实践参考。
The on-site lighting quality for live working in distribution network directly affects the working safety and efficiency.By analyzing the working lighting requirements and the lighting quality evaluation indexes,this paper systematically sorts out the problems existing in the equipment,management and personnel of on-site lighting for live working in distribution network,and puts forward some improvement measures,such as applying advanced lighting design and equipment,optimizing lighting system design,improving on-site management level,and strengthening personnel training and safety protection,in order to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the scientific and standardized construction of on-site lighting for live working in distribution network.
