摘要
研究表明铁死亡与神经血管疾病关系密切,通过多种机制参与了血管性痴呆的病理进程,因此合理调控铁死亡有助于防治血管性痴呆。中药具有多靶点、不良反应少等独特优势,广泛应用于血管性痴呆的治疗。文章通过总结铁堆积、脂质氧化、氨基酸代谢三大铁死亡机制,对铁死亡与血管性痴呆之间的发病关联进行了分析。从中药活性成分与中药复方出发,进一步阐述了近年中药通过调控铁死亡机制治疗血管性痴呆的研究进展,发现多种中药活性成分及中药复方可通过调控铁死亡机制,有效阻断血管性痴呆的病程进展。系统分析与总结中药调控铁死亡治疗血管性痴呆的研究,并分析当下研究的不足之处,旨在为中药调控铁死亡治疗血管性痴呆的研究提供新的思路与方向。参考文献47篇。
Studies have shown that ferroptosis is closely related to neurovascular diseases and participates in the pathological process of vascular dementia through multiple mechanisms.Therefore,reasonable regulation of ferroptosis is helpful for the prevention and treatment of vascular dementia.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages such as multiple targets and few adverse reactions,and is widely used in the treatment of vascular dementia.This article analyzes the association between ferroptosis and vascular dementia by summarizing the three major mechanisms of ferroptosis:iron accumulation,lipid oxidation,and amino acid metabolism.Starting from the active ingredients and compound prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper further elaborates on the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in treating vascular dementia by regulating the ferroptosis mechanism in recent years.It is found that various active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine and compound prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively block the progression of vascular dementia by regulating the ferroptosis mechanism.This paper systematically analyzes and summarizes the research on the regulation of ferroptosis by traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of vascular dementia,and examines the shortcomings of current research,aiming to provide new ideas and directions for the research on the regulation of ferroptosis by traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of vascular dementia.There are 47 references.
