摘要
构建大学生党史学习教育常态化长效化机制,是巩固党史学习教育成果的必然要求和必由之路。党的辉煌历史记录的是百年奋斗历程和发展轨迹,讲述的是重大成就和历史伟业,揭示的是成功经验和历史规律,彰显的是人民情怀和伟大精神,指明的是现实中国的坐标和方向,要深刻理解构建大学生党史学习教育常态化长效化机制对大学生成长成才的价值意蕴。以学习党的历史史实、创新理论、习近平总书记关于党史的重要论述和指示要求为主要学习内容,通过建立分类分层精准施教、搭建全员协同育人、打造理论到实践贯通、擅用红色资源辅助、激励保障监督并行五大机制来实现促进大学生党史学习教育常态化长效化的目标。
Building a regular and long-term mechanism for the study and education of Party history among university students is an inevitable requirement and necessary path to consolidate the achievements of Party history study and education.The glorious history of the Party chronicles a century of struggle and development,narrates significant achievements and historical milestones,unveils successful experiences and historical patterns,showcases the people's sentiments and great spirit,and indicates the coordinates and direction of contemporary China.It is imperative to deeply comprehend the significance of establishing a normalized and long-term mechanism for the study and education of Party history among university students,as it holds profound implications for their growth and success.The main learning content is to study the historical facts,innovative theories and important statements and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the history of the Party.The objective of promoting the normalization and long-term effectiveness of university students’learning of Party history is achieved through the establishment of five mechanisms:precise teaching based on classification and stratification,collaborative education among all staff,integration of theory and practice,skillful utilization of red resources for assistance,and parallel implementation of incentives,guarantees and supervision.
