摘要
从种质资源的收集与评价、遗传多样性分析方法及核心种质筛选策略等方面系统综述黄芪核心种质构建的研究进展。构建核心种质有助于系统理解黄芪的遗传背景与变异特征,为其品种选育和资源可持续利用提供依据。目前,黄芪核心种质构建面临数据整合不足、育种应用滞后及分子技术手段有限等问题。未来应重点推进多组学数据整合,以及基因编辑技术与人工智能在黄芪育种中的应用,实现黄芪核心种质构建的精准化与智能化。
The conservation and efficient utilization of germplasm resources are current research priorities for Astragalus membranaceus.This paper systematically reviews the progress in constructing a core collection for A.membranaceus,including the collection and evaluation of germplasm resources,methods for analyzing genetic diversity,and strategies for screening the core collection.Studies demonstrate that establishing a core collection contributes to a systematic understanding of the genetic background and variation characteristics of A.membranaceus,providing a foundation for breeding improved varieties and enabling sustainable resource utilization.Although certain achievements have been made,challenges such as insufficient data integration,lagging breeding applications,and limited molecular technological methods remain.Future efforts should focus on promoting the integration of multi-omics data,applying gene editing technologies,and employing artificial intelligence in A.membranaceus breeding to achieve more precise and intelligent construction of the A.membranaceus core collection,thereby supporting the high-quality and sustainable development of the A.membranaceus industry.
