摘要
相变和抗紫外微胶囊可以赋予纺织品独特的功能性。纺织用相变材料主要为石蜡类,制备相变微胶囊的方法有原位聚合法、界面聚合法、乳液聚合法和悬浮聚合法,采用纺丝法和后整理法可将其用于纺织领域。纺织用抗紫外吸收剂主要为苯并三唑类及天然植物提取液,制备抗紫外微胶囊的方法有界面聚合法、复相乳液法、复凝聚法及乳液聚合法,采用涂层法、浸渍法和浸轧法可将微胶囊整理到织物上。制备复合微胶囊的方法有原位聚合法、界面聚合法、喷雾干燥法、超声空化技术和乳化交联法。综述了相变及抗紫外微胶囊的材料选择、制备方法及应用,并介绍了复合微胶囊的制备方法,最后给出调温抗紫外微胶囊的制备思路,指出复合微胶囊因具有多功能性是未来发展的重要研究方向。
Phase change and UV-resistant microcapsules can give textiles unique functionality.Textile phase change materials are mainly paraffinic based,and phase change microcapsules are prepared by in-situ polymerisation,emulsion polymerisation,suspension polymerisation and interfacial polymerisation,which can be used in textile field by spinning and finishing methods.Textile anti-ultraviolet absorbers are mainly benzotriazoles and natural plant extracts,anti-ultraviolet microcapsules are prepared by interfacial polymerisation,complex emulsion,complex coalescence and emulsion polymerisation,and microcapsules can be finished onto fabrics by coating,impregnation and dip-rolling methods.Composite microcapsules are prepared by in situ polymerisation,interfacial polymerisation,spray drying,ultrasonic cavitation technology and emulsification cross-linking.The material selection,preparation methods,and applications of phase change and UV-resistant microcapsules are reviewed,the preparation methods of composite microcapsules is introduced,and finally a preparation approach for temperature-regulating UV-resistant microcapsules is proposed.It is pointed out that composite microcapsules are an important research direction for future development due to their multifunctionality.
