摘要
目的:观察生物-心理-社会医学护理的人性化护理在癌症化疗患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年6月至2023年5月该院收治的70例癌症化疗患者的临床资料。根据护理方法不同将其分为对照组与观察组各35例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合基于生物-心理-社会医学模式的人性化护理。比较两组护理前后自我效能(癌症自我效能评估量表)、化疗后症状改善和生命质量[健康状况调查简表(SF-36)]评分。结果:护理1个月后,两组自我效能评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理28 d后,两组化疗后症状改善评分均低于护理前、护理15 d后,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理1个月后,两组生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能及精神健康等SF-36评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用生物-心理-社会医学模式的人性化护理可提高癌症化疗患者自我效能评分和生命质量评分,以及降低化疗后症状改善评分,效果优于单纯常规护理。
Objective:To observe application effects of humanized nursing based on bio-psycho-social-medical model in patients with cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:The clinical data of 70 patients with cancer underwent chemotherapy admitted to this hospital from June 2021 to May 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was combined with the humanized nursing based on bio-psycho-social medical model on the basis of that of the control group.The scores of self-efficacy(cancer self-efficacy scale),symptom improvement and quality of life[the MOS 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)]before and after the nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:After 1 month of nursing,the self-efficacy scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing,that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 28 days of nursing care,the symptom improvement scores of both groups were lower than those before nursing and after 15 days of nursing,that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of nursing,the SF-36 scores of physiological function,physiological role,physical pain,general health status,vitality,social function,emotional function and mental health in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing,those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the humanized nursing based on bio-psycho-social medical model can improve the selfefficacy scores and the quality of life scores of the cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy,and reduce the symptom improvement scores.Moreover,it is superior to simple routine nursing.
