摘要
目的探讨桂枝茯苓胶囊联合替硝唑治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果。方法选取2023年1月—2024年1月妇科门诊收治的146例慢性盆腔炎患者,通过随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组73例。对照组单用替硝唑片,试验组在替硝唑基础上联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,疗程2周。从临床疗效、中医证候积分及不良反应三方面评估疗效。结果试验组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。下腹疼痛、腰骶胀痛、带下异常等症状改善更显著(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓胶囊联合替硝唑治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著,可有效缓解临床症状,且安全性良好,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of Guizhi Fuling Capsules combined with tinidazole in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 146 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to the gynecological clinic from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected,and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group through the random number table method,with 73 cases each.The control group was treated with tinidazole tablets alone,and the experimental group was treated with tinidazole combined with Guizhi Fuling Capsules for 2 weeks.Evaluation of efficacy from three aspects:clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and adverse reactions.Results The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Symptoms such as lower abdominal pain,abnormal lower veins,and lumbosacral swelling were improved more significantly(P<0.05).There was no statistically different incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Fuling Capsules combined with tinidazole have significant efficacy in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,and are safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
