摘要
随着智慧城市建设深入发展,优化城市经济结构成为提升区域竞争力和促进高质量发展的关键因素。本文基于空间杜宾模型,对智慧城市建设对城市经济结构优化的空间联动机制进行了系统分析。研究表明智慧城市通过增强新型数字基础设施,提高第三产业比例,产生显著空间外溢作用,财政支出、人均GDP和人工智能等发挥着中介、调节作用。进一步分析表明,智慧城市建设对于促进产业结构的优化中具有时间滞后效应,中长期逐渐增强。智慧城市不仅会促进本地区的经济增长,还能带动周边地区产业升级,研究结论为地方各级政府推动智慧城市建设提供了重要的理论支持,为优化财政支出、推动跨区域基础设施互联互通及促进人工智能与现代服务业融合提供了重要参考。
As smart city construction advances,optimizing urban economic structure has become crucial for enhancing regional competitiveness and promoting high-quality development.This paper,based on the Spatial Durbin Model,analyzed the spatial linkage mechanism of smart city construction in urban economic structure optimization.The results show that smart cities,by strengthening digital infrastructure,increase the share of the tertiary industry and generate significant spatial spillover effects.Factors such as fiscal expenditure,GDP per capita,and artificial intelligence played key roles in this process.Additionally,smart city construction has a time-lag effect,gradually strengthening over the medium to long term.The findings would provide important theoretical support for local governments and offer references for optimizing fiscal spending,to improve cross-regional infrastructure connectivity,and integrate artificial intelligence with modern services.
