摘要
中小学校特色建设要以正确思想为指导方针,充分体现“面向全体+发展个性”的育人理念;要以适配的项目为切入点,把学校的优势转化为学校的特色;要把特色建设纳入到整体育人体系中,形成品牌效应。学校特色建设还要联合各方面力量作为保障。
With correct ideology as the guiding principle,characteristic development in primary and secondary schools fully embodies educational philosophy of holistic inclusivity and individualized development.To build school uniqueness,it is important to leverage schools'strengths into distinctive features with suitable projects as entry points.Such development must be integrated into the holistic educational system to create brand recognition.Additionally,collaborative efforts from all stakeholders are essential to ensure the sustainability of characteristic development.
