随着生产需求与生产结构的提高,提升卷烟质量迫在眉睫。切丝出口水分在其中是一个十分重要的指标,影响着烘丝系统的运行,决定着烟丝的最终水分,间接影响着卷烟的感光品质。长期以来,高档线切丝出口水分合格率是困扰产品质量的一大因素。切丝出料水分合格率是行业卷烟产品评比的一项重要指标,冷却出料水分的稳定可控对卷烟产品的内在品质有着重要的影响。因烘丝环节的设备控制中的反馈调节机制,若切丝出料水分不稳定将加大烘丝控制难度,同时影响产品质量。
Enhancing cigarette quality is increasingly critical amid evolving production demands.The moisture content at the cutting outlet serves as a key parameter affecting drying system stability,final cut tobacco moisture,and ultimately,cigarette sensory quality.A persistently low pass rate of this moisture in premium production lines has constrained overall product quality.As an essential industry benchmark,its stability profoundly influences intrinsic cigarette characteristics.The feedback-based control in drying operations further amplifies the challenge posed by moisture fluctuations,complicating process control and compromising end-product consistency.
