基于产教融合特色的土建类专业生产实习教学改革研究

摘要 随着产教融合理念的不断深化,土建类专业生产实习教学改革逐渐成为研究热点。文章聚焦于产教融合特色的土建类专业生产实习,深入剖析当前实习教学存在的主要问题,探索并提出一系列改革措施,包括学生与企业自主双向选择、灵活安排实习期限、合理配置指导教师、保障学生实习薪酬以及强化三方协议中的权益保障。经实践验证,教改措施显著提升了实习教学质量,提高了学生的实践能力与专业素养,推动了教育链、人才链与产业链和创新链的有机衔接,对完善土建类专业产教融合实践教学具有参考价值。 With the continuous deepening of the concept of industry-education integration,the teaching reform of production internship for civil engineering majors has gradually become a research hotspot.Focusing on the production internship of civil engineering majors with the characteristics of industry-education integration,this study conducts an in-depth analysis of the main problems in current internship teaching and proposes a series of reform measures.These measures include independent two-way selection between students and enterprises,flexible arrangement of internship duration,rational allocation of supervising teachers,guarantee of internship salaries by enterprises,and strengthened protection of rights and interests in tripartite agreements.Practice has verified that the teaching reform measures have significantly improved the quality of internship teaching and enhanced students’practical ability and professional literacy.Meanwhile,they have also promoted the organic connection among the education chain,talent chain,industrial chain,and innovation chain,thus having reference value for improving the industry-education integration practice teaching of civil engineering majors.
