摘要
针对产教深度融合背景下高校普遍缺乏对企业教学环节监控的问题,基于“2.5+0.5+1”的校企合作方式,提出“5-1-2”企业教学环节监控机制,探讨如何对前5个学期在校内的企业教学环节、第6学期学生到企业学习专业方向课程、第7-8学期学生到实习企业实习并完成毕业设计进行具体监控,阐述企业教学环节监控重点和难点,旨在使企业教学环节与校内教学实质等效,完成专业人才培养目标。
In response to the widespread lack of monitoring of enterprise teaching in universities under the background of deep integration of industry and education,a"5-1-2"enterprise teaching monitoring mechanism is proposed for the"2.5+0.5+1"school enterprise cooperation mode by School of Electrical Information at Changchun Guanghua University.Specific monitoring plans are proposed for enterprise teaching in the first five semesters on campus,students studying professional courses in enterprises in the sixth semester,and students interning and completing graduation projects in internship enterprises in the seventh and eighth semesters,making enterprise teaching essentially equivalent to on campus teaching and achieving the goal of professional talent cultivation.
