摘要
内蒙古额尔古纳市是我国北方重要的生态屏障,对维护区域生态平衡、保持水土、涵养水源等具有重要作用,做好额尔古纳市森林草原防火工作意义重大。基于额尔古纳市森林草原基本情况,从森林草原生态效益、防火工作重要性和森林草原防火措施3个方面,总结了额尔古纳市春季森林草原防火工作。针对内蒙古额尔古纳市高纬度林区春季干旱多风少雨、农事与旅游活动较多的复杂形势,需要超前谋划,联防联控,主动作为,多措并举,将生态保护意识转化为公众自觉行动。
Ergun City in Inner Mongolia serves as an important ecological barrier in northern China,playing critical roles in maintaining regional ecological balance,conserving soil and water,and preserving water resources.Therefore,forest and grassland fire prevention in Ergun City holds significant importance.Based on the basic conditions of forests and grasslands in Ergun City,the spring forest and grassland fire-prevention work of Ergun City was summarized from three aspects:the ecological benefits of forests and grasslands,the recognized importance of fire prevention,and the adopted fire-prevention measures.In view of the complex situation in the high-latitude forest region of Ergun,Inner Mongolia—where spring droughts,strong winds,scarce rainfall,and intensive farming and tourism activities were encountered—advance planning was necessitated,joint prevention and control mechanisms were implemented,proactive actions were taken,multiple measures were employed,and the awareness of ecological protection was ultimately transformed into voluntary public behavior.
