基于SolidWorks的定滑轮装置虚拟设计与装配技术研究

摘要 以Solid Works软件作为操作平台,定滑轮装置作为研究对象,针对典型机械零件,对其三维建模方法与技巧展开了详细论述,并探讨了虚拟装配定位方式的选择方法。通过虚拟设计与装配,开发人员能够实时发现设计中存在的问题,进而持续优化设计方法,提升设计效率,缩短产品开发周期、降低开发成本,增强企业在市场中的竞争力。对产品开发人员而言,该研究具备较高的参考价值。 Using SolidWorks software as the operating platform and fixed pulley device as the research object.A detailed discussion was conducted on the 3D modeling methods and techniques for typical mechanical parts,and the selection methods for virtual assembly positioning were explored.Through virtual design and assembly,developers can discover problems in the design in real time,continuously optimize design methods,improve design efficiency,shorten product development cycles,reduce development costs,and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.For product developers,it has high reference value.
