摘要
目的探析针刀结合毫针治疗股外侧皮神经炎的临床疗效与价值。方法选取2023年1月至2025年1月本院收治80例股外侧皮神经炎患者,依据治疗方案不同分为两组,对照组(40例)采用毫针治疗,观察组(40例)采用针刀结合毫针治疗。比较两组疼痛麻木程度、病变部位面积变化、感觉神经传导速度、临床疗效、不良事件及复发率。结果治疗后,观察组VAS-P和VAS-N评分均更低(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组病变部位面积更小、患侧感觉神经传导速度更快、临床总有效率更高(P<0.05)。两组不良事件比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组复发率更低(P<0.05)。结论在股外侧皮神经炎治疗中采用针刀结合毫针方案,可显著改善疼痛麻木程度、缩小病变部位面积、有效提高感觉神经传导速度和临床疗效,同时不会增加不良事件,且有助于降低复发率。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and value of needle knife combined with filiform needle in the treatment of lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis.Methods Eighty patients with lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected.According to different treatment plans,the subjects were divided into two groups.The control group(40 cases)was treated with filiform needles,while the observation group(40 cases)was treated with a combination of needle knife and filiform needles.The degree of pain and numbness,changes in lesion area,sensory nerve conduction velocity,clinical efficacy,adverse events,and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the observation group had lower scores in the VAS-P and VAS-N(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had a smaller lesion area,faster sensory nerve conduction velocity on the affected side,and a higher overall clinical effective rate(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of needle knife and filiform needle in the treatment of lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis can improve the degree of pain and numbness,reduce the area of the lesion,effectively improve sensory nerve conduction velocity and clinical efficacy,without increasing adverse events,and help reduce the recurrence rate.
