摘要
利用小角度发生器(机械型)和量块配合,检定0.001mm/m分度值的电子水平仪示值误差,这种方法检定的结果呈线性状态,在整个检定过程中鼓轮不动,减少了误差来源。本文同时分析了小角度发生器和水平仪检定器的示值误差结果,有一定参考价值。
By using a small angle generator(mechanical type)and measuring blocks,the indication error of an electronic level with a division value of 0.001mm/m is calibrated.The result of this method is linear.Although both the spirit level calibrator and the spirit level calibrator are calibrated by using shim blocks,when calibrating on a small angle generator,the drum remains stationary throughout the entire calibration process,reducing the sources of error.The indication error results of the small angle generator and level calibrator were analyzed.
