摘要
本文介绍了增材制造技术在航空航天领域的具体应用,结合实际应用介绍了增材制造技术在优化零件结构设计、提高制造工艺性中的积极作用。经过对用激光选区熔化技术(SLM)技术制造零件进行工艺验证及优化迭代,最终确定了一种工艺性较好的工艺方案,并经实际生产验证,零件符合设计要求,且已批量生产。
The specific application of additive manufacturing technology in the aerospace field was introduced.The positive role of additive manufacturing technology in optimizing part structure design and improving manufacturing processability was discussed in combination with practical applications.After process validation and optimization iterations of manufacturing parts by using SLM technology,a process plan with good processability was determined.Through actual production verification,the parts meet the design requirements and have been mass-produced.
