工作场所私人社交媒体使用对社交媒体疲劳的影响

摘要 随着社交媒体使用的日益普及,社交媒体疲劳已成为一个显著的社会现象,引起了计算机科学、心理学、信息管理和市场营销等多个学科的广泛关注。然而,在组织行为学领域,这一现象尚未得到充分探讨。本研究基于资源保存理论,以国内目前最大的社交媒体平台——微信为例,探讨我国组织情境下员工社交媒体疲劳的前因,并重点检验工作场所私人社交媒体使用对社交媒体疲劳的影响,以及职场人际疏离和社交媒体分心的中介作用。通过3个时间点的抽样问卷调查,得到302份有效的员工数据。利用AMOS 26.0和SPSS 26.0统计软件对模型进行验证,结果发现:工作场所私人社交媒体使用对社交媒体疲劳有显著正向影响;职场人际疏离、社交媒体分心中介了私人社交媒体使用对社交媒体疲劳的正向影响。 With the increasing prevalence of social media use,social media fatigue has emerged as a salient social phenomenon that has attracted broad attention from multiple disciplines,including computer science,psychology,information management,and marketing.However,this phenomenon has not yet been sufficiently examined in the field of organizational behavior.Drawing upon Conservation of Resources(COR)theory,this study takes WeChat,the largest social media platform in China,as the research context to investigate the antecedents of employees'social media fatigue within organizational settings.Specifically,it examines the impact of workplace social media use for personal purposes on social media fatigue,as well as the mediating roles of workplace interpersonal alienation and social media distraction.Based on a three-wave survey,302 valid responses were collected from employees.The hypothesized model was tested using AMOS 26.0 and SPSS 26.0.The results indicate that social media use for personal purposes at work exerts a significant positive effect on social media fatigue.Furthermore,workplace interpersonal alienation and social media distraction mediate the positive relationship between social media use for personal purposes and social media fatigue.
