“优师计划”学生从教意愿的动态追踪及影响因素研究

摘要 研究以咸阳师范学院物理、数学、生物三个“优师计划”专业学生为对象,追踪调查了从入学到毕业的全过程从教意愿的动态变化,分析了课程设置、实践教学、竞赛等培养环节对学生从教意愿的影响。结果表明,毕业生从教意愿较入学时显著提升,教育实习、师范类课程和支教活动被视作坚定从教信念的最有效因素;而实验课程、专业核心课与学科竞赛在激发从教热情方面作用有限。基于此,从优化课程结构与强化实践育人两方面提出改进建议,为同类院校“优师计划”的培养优化提供实证依据与参考路径。 This study examines students majoring in Physics,Mathematics,and Biology under the“Excellent Teacher Program”at Xianyang Normal University,with a focus on mechanisms that enhance their teaching motivation.It tracks the evolution of their intention to teach throughout the entire process from admission to graduation,and systematically analyzes the influence of various training components such as curriculum design,practical teaching,academic competitions,and extracurricular activities.The findings reveal a significant increase in teaching motivation among graduates compared to their initial level upon enrollment.Teaching practicums,teacher education courses,and volunteer teaching activities were identified as the most effective factors in strengthening their commitment to teaching.In contrast,experimental courses,core subject courses,and academic competitions had limited effects in stimulating enthusiasm for teaching.Based on these results,recommendations are proposed to optimize the curriculum structure and strengthen the practice-based education system,providing empirical support and practical references for improving similar“Excellent Teacher Programs”in comparable institutions.
