摘要
本文以《智能矿山》的创办与运营实践为例,探讨了科技期刊在新时代背景下的特色化发展路径。通过精准的顶层设计和系统规划,《智能矿山》不仅确立了“特色先行、汇聚人才、多元发展”的3步走战略,还从期刊出版、学术活动、团队建设、全媒传播、经营管理5个维度,提出了“五步组合拳”特色化发展策略与实施方法。《智能矿山》创刊5年以来,凭借特色化发展策略迅速获得行业认可,其发行量、全媒体传播力、活动观看量及经营创收等关键指标连续4年位居行业期刊前列,为科技期刊的特色化发展提供了有益借鉴与参考。
Taking the founding and operational practices of Intelligent Mine as a case study,this paper delves into the path of specialized development for sci-tech journals in the new era.Through precise top-level design and systematic planning,Intelligent Mine has formulated a“three-step strategy”focusing on prioritizing uniqueness,gathering talent,and pursuing diversified development.It has proposed and implemented a“five-pronged strategy”for specialized development across five dimensions:journal publishing,academic activities,team building,omnimedia communication,and operational management.Since its launch five years ago,Intelligent Mine has swiftly garnered industry recognition by leveraging these specialized development strategies.Key performance indicators,such as circulation,total number of multimedia reads,event viewership,and business revenue,have consistently ranked among the top in the industry for four consecutive years,providing valuable insights and references for the specialized development of sci-tech journals.
