摘要
目的:探讨利多卡因宫颈封闭联合消旋山莨菪碱(654-2)注射治疗产程活跃期宫颈水肿的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析2023年12月—2024年12月于揭阳市慈云医院住院分娩出现宫颈水肿的100例产妇,根据随机数表法分为对照组(常规治疗联合654-2注射)和观察组(常规治疗联合利多卡因宫颈封闭联合654-2注射)。每组各50例。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组疗效、宫口扩张速度、自然分娩率、Apgar评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组水肿消退时间、宫口全开时间、产后2 h出血量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:利多卡因宫颈封闭联合654-2注射用于产程活跃期宫颈水肿产妇,疗效明显,能加快水肿消退与宫口扩张,提升自然分娩率,减少产后出血,降低并发症。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of lidocaine cervical block combined with racemic anisodamine(654-2)injection in the treatment of cervical edema during the active stage of labor.Method:There was a retrospective analysis of 100 parturients with cervical edema during inpatient delivery admitted to Jieyang Ciyun Hospital.They were divided into the control group(conventional treatment combined with 654-2 injection)and the observation group(conventional treatment combined with lidocaine cervical block combined with 654-2 injection)according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The therapeutic effect,the speed of cervical dilation,the rate of natural delivery,and the Apgar score in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time for edema to subside,the time for full dilation of the cervix,and the amount of bleeding 2 hours after delivery in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Lidocaine cervical block combined with 654-2 injection for parturients with cervical edema during the active stage of labor has a remarkable therapeutic effect.It can accelerate the regression of edema and dilation of the cervix,increase the rate of natural delivery,reduce postpartum hemorrhage,and lower complications.
