摘要
为探讨芒果苷改善少精症的作用机制,通过SwissTargetPrediction、Genecards等数据库筛选靶点,结合蛋白质互作网络构建、GO/KEGG富集分析和分子对接等技术,发现芒果苷与少精症存在125个交集靶点,主要涉及NLRP3炎症小体通路。实验表明,芒果苷可增强支持细胞活力、减少凋亡、提高SOD活性并降低MDA及炎症因子水平,通过抑制NLRP3-ASCCaspase-1-GSDMD信号通路抑制细胞焦亡,从而发挥抗氧化、抗炎及保护支持细胞的作用。该研究为芒果苷作为改善少精症的潜在营养补充剂提供了理论依据。
To explore the mechanism of mangiferin in improving oligospermia,target genes were screened through databases such as SwissTargetPrediction and Genecards.Combined with protein-protein interaction network construction,GO/KEGG enrichment analysis and molecular docking techniques,125 intersection targets were found between mangiferin and oligospermia,mainly involving the NLRP3 inflammasome pathway.Experiments showed that mangiferin could enhance the viability of supporting cells,reduce apoptosis,increase SOD activity and decrease MDA and inflammatory factor levels.It could inhibit pyroptosis by suppressing the NLRP3-ASC-Caspase-1-GSDMD signaling pathway,thereby exerting antioxidant,anti-inflammatory and protective effects on supporting cells.This study provides a theoretical basis for mangiferin as a potential nutritional supplement to improve oligospermia.
