22CrMo齿轮钢连续冷却相变规律及其在热轧生产工艺中的应用

Continuous cooling phase transformation law of 22CrMo gear steel and its application in hot rolling production process

摘要 针对22CrMo齿轮钢部分产品存在的组织、硬度不稳定的现象,利用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机对其冷却过程中的组织转变行为进行研究,结合组织转变规律和硬度测定绘制试验钢的动态连续冷却转变曲线。结果表明:当冷速小于0.5℃/s时,试验钢发生铁素体+珠光体相变和贝氏体相变;0.5~1℃/s冷速下主要发生贝氏体相变;当冷速达到2℃/s时,开始发生马氏体转变;当冷速大于10℃/s时,试验钢组织全部为马氏体。根据CCT曲线并结合现场生产情况,在热轧生产过程中对终轧温度、轧后冷却速度、入缓冷坑温度和出缓冷坑温度进行控制,产品硬度满足技术要求(≤269 HBW)。 Aiming at the instability of microstructure and hardness of 22CrMo gear steel,Gleeble-3800 thermal simulation experimental machine was used to study the microstructure transformation behavior during the cooling process,and the dynamic continuous cooling transformation(CCT)curve of the tested steel was drawn by combining the microstructure transformation law and hardness measurement.The results show that when the cooling rate is less than 0.5℃/s,ferritic+pearlite phase transformation and bainite phase transformation occur in the steel.At the cooling rate of 0.5-1℃/s,bainite transformation occurs mainly.When the cooling rate reaches 2℃/s,martensite transformation occurs.When the cooling rate is greater than 10℃/s,the microstructure of the steel is all martensite.According to CCT curve,combined with the on-site production situation,the final rolling temperature,cooling rate after rolling,temperature into the slow cooling pit and the temperature out of the slow cooling pit are controlled during the hot rolling production process,and the hardness of the products can meet the technical requirements(≤269 HBW).
