摘要
新质生产力作为一个全新概念,为烟叶高质量发展和烟草农业现代化建设指明了新的方向。对烟草农业新质生产力内涵的深度挖掘至关重要。本文探讨了烟草农业新质生产力的基本内核、主要特征和发展新质生产力的重大意义,分析了烟草农业新质生产力的基本构成及目标定位。在此基础上,提出了推进新质生产力的劳动者、劳动工具、劳动对象跃迁升级,全面提升烟草农业全要素生产率;以新质生产力构建完善现代烟草农业产业体系、生产体系、经营体系,不断提升产业竞争力;打造数字化、机械化、绿色化、定制化“四化协同”的烟草农业新质生产力,推动烟叶产业高质量发展。
The new quality productive forces,as an entirely new concept,points out a new direction for the high-quality development of tobacco agriculture modernization.It is crucial to explore the dimensions of new quality productive forces in tobacco agriculture.This article discusses the essence,main characteristics and developmental significance of new quality productive forces in tobacco agriculture,and analyzes its basic components and target positioning.On this basis,the article proposes the upgrading and leapfrogging development of workers,working tools and working objects in tobacco agriculture to improve the total factor productivity in the sector.It also proposes the construction of a modern tobacco agricultural industry system,production system and business system with new quality productive forces to improve the competitiveness of the industry.Furthermore,it advocates the creation of a digitalized,mechanized,greened and customized"four-in-one"collaborative new quality productive forces in tobacco agriculture to promote the high-quality development of the tobacco leaf industry.
