摘要
在当前阶段,军医大学开展学员管理工作仍面临诸多问题,包括管理理念较为落后、学生心理健康重视不足、管理针对性缺失等,学生无法树立坚定的职业信念而影响管理工作实效。为此,军医大学应在管理工作中强化学员医学人文素养的培养,培育其职业精神,并及时更新管理理念;重视对学生心理健康的教育和引导,将管理融入学生全程的学习生活,有针对性地强化心理健康视角下的管理工作质量。
At the current stage,military medical universities still face problems in student management,including outdated management concepts,insufficient attention to students'mental health,and lack of targeted management.Students are unable to establish firm professional beliefs,which affects the effectiveness of management work.To this end,military medical universities should strengthen the cultivation of medical humanities literacy among students in their management work,cultivate their professional spirit,and update their management concepts in a timely manner.They should attach importance to the education and guidance of students'mental health,integrate management into their entire learning and life process,and strengthen the quality of management work from the perspective of mental health in a targeted manner.
