海洋牧场全生命周期的碳汇形成机制、核算方法与扩增路径

Carbon Sink Formation Mechanisms,Accounting Methods,and Augmentation Paths in the Full Life Cycle of Marine Ranching

摘要 海洋牧场作为一种新型渔业生产方式,因其显著的碳汇效益已成为海洋碳汇交易的重要发展方向,但其价值实现依赖于科学的固碳机制与方法学支撑。为厘清海洋牧场的碳汇内涵并推动其价值转化,论文通过解析其生命周期全过程的碳循环规律与碳效应阶段性变化,系统探究了碳汇形成机制、核算方法及扩增路径。结果表明:海洋牧场碳汇本质上是基于自然生态系统碳汇功能,通过人工措施形成的新增量,其实际可交易碳汇量为运营稳定阶段生态修复工程碳吸收与人类作业活动碳排放的净效应;海洋牧场碳汇核算应采用间接法,综合评估建设前后碳库变化、外源碳输入及人类活动碳排放;海洋牧场碳汇扩增路径须以科学管控人工措施为立足点,从提升碳库量、控制碳源量、减少碳排放量三方面协同优化。研究结果为海洋牧场碳汇价值实现提供了理论依据与技术支撑。 As an innovative fisheries production model,marine ranching has emerged as a pivotal direction for ocean carbon trading due to its remarkable carbon sequestration benefits.However,realizing its carbon sink value requires well-defined sequestration mechanisms and robust methodological frameworks.To clarify the conceptual underpinnings of marine ranching carbon sinks and facilitate their monetization,this study systematically investigates their formation mechanisms,quantification methodologies,and enhancement pathways by analyzing carbon cycle dynamics and phase-specific carbon effects across the entire life cycle.The results demonstrate that marine ranching carbon sinks essentially represent anthropogenic increments built upon pre-existing natural ecosystem sequestration,where the actual tradable carbon sink volume equals the net balance between carbon absorption by ecological restoration projects and anthropogenic emissions during stable operational phases.For ocean ranching carbon sink quantification,the indirect method should be adopted,requiring an integrated assessment of changes in the carbon pool before and after construction,external carbon input,and carbon emissions from human activities.Pathways for enhancing ocean ranching carbon sinks should be grounded in scientifically managed human interventions,with coordinated advancement across three dimensions:Increasing carbon storage capacity,controlling carbon source volume,and reducing carbon emissions.This study provides a theoretical foundation and technical support for the realization of carbon sink value in marine ranching.
