摘要
青海红色文化资源是中国共产党领导青海各族人民进行革命斗争和社会主义建设事业实践中形成的先进文化的历史遗存,可分为新民主主义革命、社会主义革命与建设、改革开放与社会主义现代化建设新时期和中国特色社会主义新时代四个历史时期。各个历史时期的红色文化资源均有着丰富而颇具时代特色的革命精神与文化内涵。青海红色文化资源具有形态多样、内涵深厚、时间跨度久、时代特征明显、地方特色鲜明、参与民族众多的鲜明特征。青海红色文化资源详实记录了百年来中国共产党带领青海各族人民艰苦奋斗、砥砺前行,将落后贫穷的青海高原建设成现代化新青海的辉煌历史,是青海各族人民传承红色基因和红色血脉的精神源泉,也是新时代新起点建设富裕文明和谐美丽新青海的独特文化资源和前行动力。
The red cultural resources of Qinghai are the historical remains of the advanced culture formed in the revolutionary struggle and socialist construction practices of the people of all ethnic groups in Qinghai under the leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC),which can be divided into four historical periods,namely,the period of the New Democratic Revolution,the period of socialist revolution and construction,the new period of reform,opening up and socialist modernization,and the new period of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The red cultural resources of each historical period contain rich cultural connotations of revolutionary spirit and characteristics of the times.The red cultural resources of Qinghai are characterized by diverse forms,profound connotations,large time span,obvious characteristics of the times,distinctive local features and multi-ethnic participation.The red cultural resources of Qinghai have faithfully recorded the glorious course of the Communist Party of China in leading the people of all ethnic groups in Qinghai to struggle hard and forge ahead over the past hundred years,building the backward and impoverished Qinghai Plateau into a modernized and new Qinghai,which is the spiritual source of the red genes and red bloodline of the people of all ethnic groups in Qinghai,and also a unique cultural resource and source of impetus for the construction of a new,affluent,civilized,harmonious and beautiful Qinghai in the new era and at the new starting point.
